We make authentic Italian food. Pinocchio created its distinctive style by serving truly Italian dishes that express the purest Italian tradition with a touch of creativity and fantasy.
We use also top quality Irish ingredients. Our meat is 100% Irish for the simple reason that it is best in the world. Most of our fish and vegetables are Irish.
We succeeded to blend Irish food with Italian cuisine. Our chefs in Pinocchio use all these precious Irish produces celebrating their superb taste thanks to the recipes of the purest Italian tradition. Our philosophy is to use only the freshest ingredients carefully chosen for their excellent quality and cooked in a simple and tasty way as typical of the Mediterranean diet.

About the School
The Pinocchio Italian Cookery School was establish in 2005 and is the first Italian cookery school in Dublin. It’s a brand of the Flavour of Italy Group and represents the only body in Ireland with a structure and staff specifically focused on teaching and spreading the Italian cuisine and the Italian food and wine culture.
What we do
